The Creative Director role at STEL was multi-faceted with responsibilities in Content, Team, Design, Manufacturing and Business Development. I lead a team of designers including Industrial Design, Digital and Packaging to deliver a forward-looking future point of view in every design program, aligning the work with Engineering, Product Management and Manufacturing.In addition to core program activities I actively contribute to STEL's self initiated projects and lead the design and development of start-up brands, Luno, Bunker and AIIR.> Creative Direction and Design Lead for interdisciplinary projects. Design Strategy, Human Factor study, Industrial Design, DFM, Branding, Website, Packaging.> Designed and led multiple projects in various product categories: Consumer Electronics, AR/VR Headsets, Wearables, E-Mobility, Soft-Goods, Outdoor Products, Sport Equipment, Apparel, Eyewear, Toys, Medical Products and Defense/Security Equipment.> Shaped and led the STEL brand look and feel and the Design DNA from the ground-up.> Consistently evolve the design thinking and design execution that led the Studio in 6 years to win design recognition in 5 projects and 2 maximum Design Awards in IDEA and RED-DOT contests, positioning the Studio at a world-class level.> Build and Lead an in-house soft-good product development process to move designs to mass production.> Source and manage design external resources and partner factories.> Actively contribute through quality Industrial Designs, which expanded 400% the company turn-over and size in 6 years, and consolidate and generate new partnerships with clients.> Direct and Lead innovative Concept Designs, that helped Start-ups to raise over 32M in funding.> Led Design Strategy, Industrial design, UX design of a successful Kickstarter campaign that was 1000% founded and raised 1M.

Designed and led multiple projects in various product categories. Worked on Designstrategy, concept generation, design execution and production support and follow-up as wellas mentorship and leadership of junior designers within the projects. Clients include Patagonia, Under Armor, Lowepro, Costa del Mar, Serengeti, Ride 100%, Pelican, GSI Outdoor, CMC Rescue, Eyeojo Corp., Fluid Stance, Grand Trunk, Homedics and MuziK.> Led the Design Strategy for Costa Del Mar, that is currently being used to define today's Collections. Directed and Managed a team of 6 designers.> Led the Design Strategy for Under Armour tactical eyewear division.> Industrial Design for over 40 eyewear pieces from Collection Design and Eye-shape Development to, 3D Modeling, and CMFG.> Collection Design and Industrial Design for Serengeti and Lowepro, that elevate the brands to a Lifestyle market.> Performance Industrial design for Firefighter , Search and Rescue and Military personnel for clients like Patagonia and CMC Rescue.> Industrial Design for Home Electronics, Outdoor Products, Home Office accessories, Mobile Accessories, Audio Equipment, First Responder Equipment and Optics.

Product Design for Winter Sports, Motor Sport and Bike departments. R&D, Design and product development of protections, helmets, bike shoes, ski boots, bottle cages and goggle accessories. Concept development – 3D Modeling - Prototyping - Techpack – Graphic Design – Brand Development.> Contributed to develop the Design DNA of the Bike Helmet division that is currently used today.> Led the Body Protection Design for bike and winter sports. > Built a strong R&D know-how within the Body Protection team.
