Marco Vendrame has been working as a singer-songwriter and guitarist for over 18 years.After graduating with top marks and special mention at the Lizard Music Academy in Fiesole, MarcoVendrame has been a concert performer and teacher throughout Italy for over 10 years. He performs wherever he is requested, from bars to restaurants, clubs to festivals. He plays and has played in various musical settings with some of the most recognized musicians in the Triveneto area.In April 2008 he took part in a show dedicated to Mogol with the writer himself as main guest, in whichsongs that he wrote for the most important Italian singer-songwriters were performed.Since 2011 he has collaborated with the magazine “CHITARRE” (currently “Accordo.it”), the most widely read magazine in the sector in Italy.In the fall of 2013 Marco’s individual project was born, which took him to the recording studio to record his first solo work entitled “For My Light”.The CD includes the first and most genuine compositions of the guitarist/Songwriter from Pordenone influenced by years of listening toall genres, but always with the mother guide of rock-pop-blues sounds (Dire Straits, Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Jimi Hendrix,to name a few.)In 2015 he participated with his band at the Collisioni Festival in Barolo.In the same year he moved to the United States where for 6 years he has played and collaborated with producers who won Grammys and platinum records. He accumulates experience as a singer-songwriter collaborating with some of the most important Songwriters in the Midwest and performs with an average of 100 dates a year in the most varied contexts.During his time in the United States he produced singles that will be released, along with other unreleased songs, in the spring of 2022 in his new album entitled “Full Circle".One of his compositions (Like Paper Planes) was selected for advertising campaigns broadcast on important national and International television networks.For the whole of 2019 and 2020 Marco has a “residency” at the Westin Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he performs every week.Since May 2021 he has been part of a Los Angeles-based composer agency that specializes in theLicensing music market, producing music for various music libraries including that of the NBC networks.As soon as he returned to live in Italy, he started the video project called “Homecoming Sessions” where Marco, to pay tribute to his homeland, travels around Friuli Venezia Giulia recording live performances of his songs and covers in different locations of the region.
