Joined Hittech when the group was founded in 2003 and played an important role in the development of the company to the full-fledged system supplier that it is today. Throughout different positions responsible for:- Project Management- Organization development- Acquisition and integration of new companies- Strategy development and execution- Key account management - Technology development and ICTPrior to joining Hittech Group, Marco held several management and board positions in predominantly technical companies, varying from start-up companies to the Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM).These experiences are supported by a technical background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering followed by studies in business administration and financial management.
