My main areas of interest are Corporate and Commercial Law as well as the Civil Procedural Law. My business is primarily devoted to assist professionals and corporations on their activities.On this matter, I am also involved in judicial practice, both private and commercial.I also gained specific experience in the general assistance concerning the transfer of residence and business in Switzerland.From June 2018 my professional activity has been expanded even to Notary Public in the Tessin Canton.

I assist different kinds of Clients, from large corporations to small businesses and individuals, both Swiss and foreigners.My services cover a wide range of legal areas, including commercial and corporate matters – as well as banking and M&A – and real estate.My practice is focused on the legal assistance in the structuring of domestic and foreign transactions and transfer of business in Switzerland.I am also involved in local and international judicial assistance, both in civil and criminal matters.Furthermore – as a trainee – I assist the Name Partner in the Public Notary business, including company incorporation and real estate issues.
