My position consists of duties as followedI carefully handle an (XRF) instrument to do a surface by surface inspection to determine the presence of lead in all of New York City’s housing developments & some residential homes.I would then sync all of the necessary data onto the company iPad, so that our software engineers can send that information to NYCHA & HUD.If I did however get a positive reading on the (XRF) X-ray fluorescence instrument, I would then take a paint chip sample from the residence.Send all samples via mail to Company authorized laboratories for further analysis.Clean my work areas in the residence and properly discard of all contaminated wipes, gloves, clean all tools, and then take the equipment to the MSG Office of Tetra tech, Who are the leading providers of consulting and engineering services worldwideI’ve learned Tetratech/Finback’s iPad company applications in 2 weeks, Which allows me to draft blueprints of each residence and document all positive sample locations on my device.
