As the Powerhouse Supervisor I was directly responsible for the operation and equipment material condition of two 50,000pounds per hour steam boilers and all associated sub systems. Updated and added over 50 pieces of equipment in the computerized maintenance scheduler. Added over 25 new preventive maintenance items to the system. Scheduled and planned all preventive, corrective, and emergency repair work.Completed two energy savings projects which saved over $100,000.00 a year in utility costs for the plant.Wrote over 10 procedures to be used by plant personnel to operate safely and efficiently.Upgraded three major systems in the Powerhouse to ensure ASME codes were followed.
