Main responsibilities consist of training and supervising daily activities of UPS package handlers, drivers and clerks to ensure that all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. Supervise and process the air volume coming through the IAH Gateway and out to the surrounding 14 UPS hubs servicing South East Texas. I manage 60+ UPS sort employees and drivers daily. Oversee the sort and distribution of 8k-20k Early AM, critical healthcare and next day air packages. Completing daily and weekly payroll, calculating and keeping track of efficiency of the operation and staffing. I have gained experience managing the upload and download of volume on aircraft listed: Airbus A300, Boeing 757 and the Boeing 767.As a supervisor I have trained other supervisors to manage the same operation in a very successful manner through 2 peak seasons.

My primary duties as a Part Time pre-load Package Handler are to load a high volume of packages at a quick pace and with minimal errors. I am also gaining experience around the operation in different positions.

In my position I support other staff by performing task oriented duties while providing clerical, analytical, administrative, and operational support. I also provide information to students and parents about financial aid functions, timelines, and eligibility, triaging students to appropriate staff as needed. My responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant include picking up the company mail from the post office, sorting and delivering throughout the buildings. Other duties include completing new hire setups and teardowns for terminations for the Houston, College Station and Dayton, Ohio locations. Also, completing errands like making deposits at the bank on behalf of the company and picking up items that may be needed around the building.

As a Disposition Agent I would have to generate Real Estate Investor Leads through Cold Calling, Designing Funnel Websites, Creating Ads and Networking. My main responsibility was to sell my investors our distressed off market properties around Houston and keep a positive relationship so they would keep purchasing.

As a Repair Technician I would diagnose HP printer issues and repair within a specific time frame. Also, quality test the printers before sending back out to our clients.
