Helped adapt the original platform to Brazil and drive the digital transformational process in Almundo as a whole. - Defined the pricing strategy for all marketing and sales channels for Almundo Brazil, working together with others to generate millions of dollars in sales while increasing ROI.- Supported BR, CO and MX with strategies to achieve the KPIs in the P&L and in the creation business plans, forecasts and budgets.- Responsible for setting up the payments ecosystem in Brazil, resulting in payment approval rates of around 84%.- Managed the payment fraud prevention infrastructure in Brazil, using CyberSource and other providers to create strategies that result in a chargeback rate of 0.3% of sales without creating friction to the good customers. Also helped in creating a new fraud strategy in Mexico that reduce chargebacks in 75%.- Created in Tableau and Google 360 Suite all the reports needed to control the company’s KPIs in BR, CO and MX and generates studies and information to help decision-making.

- Key figure in a project to create a completely new online travel e-commerce platform. Responsible for interacting with the business teams to understand requirements and translate them into systems and functionalities to be developed by the internal IT team, by Amadeus in France or OpenJaw in Spain. Also took part in technical discussions with the providers and in the definition of the project’s roadmap.- Lead the team that designed, documented and tested the new UI and UX for a new version of the Submarino Viagens mobile website. - Created new payment fraud prevention strategies that increased automation rates in 10% without affecting fraud rates.
