Conceived, designed and implemented the business strategy for the O&M business of Martifer Solar.Started with two employees and directly recruited more than 120 from 2011 to 2015.Opened new markets and expanded operations in 4 Regions - EU (PT, SP, FR, UK, BE, IT, SK, CZ, RO, UA), LATAM (MX, BR), Asia (IN, JP) and Middle East (JO). Some achievements:- Portfolio managed for third parties customers: closely 700 MW; - Business Division O&M: 13M€/Y Rev; long term contracts;- Design and implementation of Operation Management Centre ( people supervising assets and controlling operations 24h/day, 365 days/year in real time, for 15 countries;- Design and implementation of OMS - Operation Management System ( platform for full supervision of solar energy generation assets) - Top-five Excellence Award 2012 European Software (March, Berlin))Martifer Solar O&M Division got ranked as the 4th biggest O&M provider in the world, vertically integrated, for the solar industry.

Managed and implemented asset management activities and responsibilites for the Rolling Stock of a new Light Rail network on behalf of its Operator and Maintainer in Metro do Porto.Participated in the group iniatives to support the management activities of other Light Rail networks (Nantes, Madrid, ..)

I had the pleasure to work in the biggest full-service industrial maintenance contracts at the time in Portugal, in Paper mills (Portucel Cacia, Portucel Setubal and Soporcel).Implemented a project for calculation and improvement of the OEE - Overall Equipment Efficiency in a pilot area of the mill - wood parq and debarking area.I also played a role of maintenance engineer in a portuguese Petrochemical Refinery - Petrogal in Matosinhos.
