Marco Amaro Oliveira joined INESC TEC (http://www.inesctec.pt) in 2000 as a researcher in the scientific fields of Informatics Engineering and Information Systems, with a focus on Interoperability and LBSs (Location-Based Systems and Services). At INESC TEC he currently is a Senior Researcher and leader in the innovation area of Methods and Tools for Ocean, Earth and Space Science of the Human-Centered Computing and Information Science Center (https://www.inesctec.pt/en/centres/humanise). He has been an invited teacher at Universidade da Maia (http://www.umaia.pt) since 2003, where he lectures in the areas of Software Engineering, Multimedia, and Information Systems.In 2015 co-founded MITMYNID, Lda (http://www.mitmynid.com), a startup built on knowledge and experience to upturn the Logistics Services with an adaptable and complementary solution for transportation services. At MITMYNID he was Chief Innovation Officer from 2015 to 2022.
