The company was sold to UOL S.A. for an amount 8 times its EBITDA, one of the most successful cases in Latin America, after an almost bankruptcy of Diveo in 2002.• Conducted the closing of important contracts with Petrobrás, Atos Origin, SPTrans, Google and the São Paulo Stock Exchange, from prospection to implementation, totaling more than R$ 500 million. Provided a significant improvement in reliability, agility and assertiveness in the information generated by the system, with a positive impact on the control and management of sales, resulting in a 25% increase in the monthly volume of sales.• Introduced Microsoft Exchange first offer in the SaaS (Software as a Service) mode in Brazil, reaching the milestone of 100 thousand corporate users in 3 years.
