Parallel to my activity for ACI Sport, in 2010 I founded a consultancy firm specialized in marketing and communication that counts among its clients Motorsport.com, an integrated digital platform that is the destination for everything cars and racing, Promotec, organizer of the most important European trade exhibition of Automotive Equipment and Aftermarket Product, Formula Imola, company that manages Imola international racetrack “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” and Metalcastello leader in the transmissions sector. Other clients of my consultancy firm have been Conti Editore - publishing house of several periodical specialized in the automotive e motorsport field like Autosprint, Motosprint, Auto, In Moto, and GS – Emac, organizer of Milano AutoClassica, Modena Fiere - company that manages Modena Exhibition Centre and organizer of several national and international trade exhibitions.

I currently hold the office of Marketing and Sales Manager of Aci Sport S.p.a., the company that promotes the Italian motor sport activity, with specific attention to logistic, brand image and communication areas. My position involves the management and coordination of a team of sales agents and I report directly to the CEO.Aci Sport S.p.a. also promotes the activity of ACI (National Sporting Authority). Aci Sport strictly cooperates with ACI in the management of the Italian Car Racing Championships.

Since January 2007 I have held the position of Marketing and Sales Director of Promotor International S.p.A, the main private player operating in the sector of trade show organisation in Italy (the exhibitions it organises include Motor Show, Salone del Vino and My Special Car Show). My position involved the management and coordination of a team of 10 people and I reported directly to the CEO.Since September 2006, following Promotor International S.p.A.’s acquisition of the Bologna FC 1909 football club, I have managed activities to recruit sponsors in my capacity as Marketing Director.

Starting from June 2000 I held the position of Marketing Director of Promotor International S.p.A, coordinating a team of 3 people. I handled relations with institutional sponsors and oversaw the design and development of B2B communication tools to support the company’s sales division, relying on market and sector analyses for this purpose.I also held the position of Web-oriented Project Manager of Promotor International S.p.A.

Starting from June 1998 I was Press Office Manager for the basketball club Virtus Kinder Pallacanestro Bologna.

From February to May I worked with Sport System Italia S.r.l., a firm that provides consulting services in the sports marketing sector; during this time I conducted sector analyses and constructed the company’s Internet site.

I coached youth teams for the basketball club "Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna", winning two national titles as assistant coach in the categories: “Cadetti” in 1991 and “Allievi” in 1993. This experience gave me an opportunity to acquire competences in the management of "human capital".
