USINA HIDRELÉTRICA SANTO ANTÔNIO - supply of Plant’s Electrical Balance in consortium mode. • Anticipated, in partnership with the Engineering, and after obtaining information on the capabilities of the loads to be fed by frames, manufactured auxiliary AC & DC service panels and MCC (Motor Control Center) panels, grouping them by current capacity ranges. Thus, it was possible to manufacture, inspect, delivery, perform field installation and carry out the commissioning of panels within the deadline, making them available for testing of key plant components. • Planned with Procurement area the acquisition of auxiliary AC & DC service panels –and CCM (Motor Control Center) panels, including follow-up process in manufacturing and inspection monitoring for release of equipment, in order to have the work complete set of tables, mode n + 1, for the use in the next step from the project. • Developed in partnership with the Engineering area and field assembly area a quickly acquisition plan for damaged components and/or to be replaced the auxiliary AC & DC service panels and –CCM (Motor Control Center) panels, in order to avoid removing components from tables already delivered and ensure prompt replacement of damaged components, thus narrowing down the outstanding items list. -

Acting in partnership with Operations Management: • Promoted regular meetings with the senior management to keep it informed as to project progress and obtain their commitment and influence to ensure the delivery time of the high-voltage equipment provided by other manufacturing units; • Performed monthly meetings with the field team for the definition of future deliverables to be executed until the next measurement, in order to ensure the release of payments. -

ENELPOWER - supply of part of the equipment – Linha Sudeste-Nordeste of 500 kV • Developed with the Operations Area an action plan for the adequacy of the supply of components for telecommunication system interface (CHESF standard) with the renegotiation and obtaining contractual amendment of price and delivery time. GERASUL - the extension of 138 kV sector - stages 3, 4 and 5 • Organized with the Operations Area and the Supply Area an action plan for the recovery of lead time from suppliers of 145 kV disconnectors and control/protection system, which allowed the fulfillment of phase 3 delivery time. This action resulted in getting the additive of phase 4 and later the additive of phase 5.
