INTERLIGAÇÃO ELÉTRICA DO RIO MADEIRA HVDC - supply of AC and DC sector equipment, control/protection panels and auxiliary services panels and Subestação MELO HVDC – URUGUAI - supply current and potential high-voltage transformers, installation materials, part of control and protection panels and erection supervision service/commissioning. • Periodic monitoring in order to solve outstanding issues in order to get conclude contractual activities to get the CAP - Provisional Acceptance Certificate. USINA HIDRELÉTRICA SANTO ANTÔNIO - supply of Plant’s Electrical Balance in consortium mode. • Anticipated, in partnership with the Engineering, and after obtaining information on the capabilities of the loads to be fed by frames, manufactured auxiliary AC & DC service panels and MCC (Motor Control Center) panels, grouping them by current capacity ranges. Thus, it was possible to manufacture, inspect, delivery, perform field installation and carry out the commissioning of panels within the deadline, making them available for testing of key plant components. • Planned with Procurement area the acquisition of auxiliary AC & DC service panels –and CCM (Motor Control Center) panels, including follow-up process in manufacturing and inspection monitoring for release of equipment, in order to have the work complete set of tables, mode n + 1, for the use in the next step from the project. • Developed in partnership with the Engineering area and field assembly area a quickly acquisition plan for damaged components and/or to be replaced the auxiliary AC & DC service panels and –CCM (Motor Control Center) panels, in order to avoid removing components from tables already delivered and ensure prompt replacement of damaged components, thus narrowing down the outstanding items list.

SUBESTAÇÃO CAMPOS NOVOS - AMPLIAÇÃO “J” – ELETROSUL, provided through a turnkey modality.Acting in partnership with areas of Procurement and Engineering: • Developed an audacious action plan for defining and issuing purchase orders for all our subcontractor supplier’s electromechanical assembly material, ;• Prepared detailed action plan for change the supply of 230/550 kV circuit breakers, adjusting it to the specifications and negotiating with the new supplier the cost and time requirements to meet our needs. Acting in partnership with Operations Management: • Promoted regular meetings with the senior management to keep it informed as to project progress and obtain their commitment and influence to ensure the delivery time of the high-voltage equipment provided by other manufacturing units; • Performed monthly meetings with the field team for the definition of future deliverables to be executed until the next measurement, in order to ensure the release of payments.

ALSTOM Argentina Unit - closing projects • Set up with the Operations Area an action plan for closing several projects of the Argentina Business Unit, including a detailed survey of the situation of each project, regular meetings in the local unit and systematic –follow-up to the closure of technical and commercial outstanding issues generating significant results within the established deadlines.

SUBESTAÇÕES PRESIDENTE MÉDICI E PELOTAS 3 – CEEE - the extension of 230 kV sector • Elaborate with the Operations Area action plan for technical and commercial renegotiation with the new supplier, of the integration of the control/protection system communication protocol with the existing system. NEW HUBNER - supply of 230 kV Substation• Worked in partnership with Operations Area and Controller Area in preparation of an action plan for the renegotiation of the terms of payment and delivery time of a 230 kV Substation, as requested by the customer. ENELPOWER - supply of part of the equipment – Linha Sudeste-Nordeste of 500 kV • Developed with the Operations Area an action plan for the adequacy of the supply of components for telecommunication system interface (CHESF standard) with the renegotiation and obtaining contractual amendment of price and delivery time. GERASUL - the extension of 138 kV sector - stages 3, 4 and 5 • Organized with the Operations Area and the Supply Area an action plan for the recovery of lead time from suppliers of 145 kV disconnectors and control/protection system, which allowed the fulfillment of phase 3 delivery time. This action resulted in getting the additive of phase 4 and later the additive of phase 5.
