Managed multiple projects of architectural and electrical sign packages, from the post-sale to production and installation. Daily activities included the coordination of permit procurement, creation of shop drawings, samples and prototypes, surveying field conditions, subcontractor selection, overseeing all steps of the production, controlled budget, maintain schedule, coordinated installation of signage with customer and third parties (e.g. drilling equipment, concrete suppliers, inspectors, etc.). Managed over fifty jobs at a time.

Developed the fabrication process of a new line of high-end light fixtures based in the designs of renown eighteenth century Spanish artist Mariano Fortuny. Researched original pieces and material in libraries and at the Fortuny Museum in Venice, Italy. Produced drawings and patterns, investigated suitable materials, built prototypes of lamps. Constructed molds and jigs, researched and bought equipment to set up a complete production facility. Contracted multiple italian and international sub-contractors and suppliers. Contributed to the overall design of the final product.
