ACTIVITYMarco Antonio currently works as a process engineering Manager at Bocar Group; company that supplies high quality aluminum parts for the automotive industry. Marco finished his Bachelor degree in Mechatronics at the Instituto Politecnico Nacional and his Masters in the Technische Universität Dortmund, nowadays he is attending to an advanced degree of Business Management at the Universidad Autonoma de México. In addition, He had different training as programming Siemens control Sinumerik 840d as well as courses like Lean Manufacturing, FMEA and ANPQP. COLLABORATIONSCollaborations with the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Components in the Technische Universität Dortmund in topics of Manufacturing Engineering have been made: "Additive manufacturing in combination of Single Point Incremental Forming" in the CNC machine Lasertec 65 3D of the company DMG mori. Marco has also participate in projects as the "Serial introduction of geometry cycles for automated machine calibration," which was developed with the collaboration of Grob company; producer of high performance CNC machines. In addition, Marco did a volunteer work with the DAAD as Ambassador for the promotion of academic exchange.RESULTSMarco had gained relevant operational experience over the last 10 years in the Manufacturing processes in the automotive industry with the results, 1. Increase of machine utilization over 50% to avoid the purchase of CAPEX for new proyects. 2. Process control and variability reduction to improve capability through create manufacturing instructions, routes, process standards and ergonomic. 3.
