With over ten years of work experience, I have developed a passion for business development and analysis in the software industry. I have a diploma in software engineering from ITI and a certification in business analysis, which enable me to combine technical and business skills to create value for my clients and my company, Organic Group.As the regional director at Organic Group, I lead a team of business development managers who are responsible for setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa region. I also research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives, pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle, and develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Some of the skills that I use in this role are process improvement, databases, web applications, and communication.
