• Responsible for Material Planning Management for new product implementation projects (NPI) and cost and quality reduction projects (EPI) at the 3 plants in Brazil, including the new plant in Argentina.• Direct leadership of 11 analysts and 1 intern, responsible for hiring, development, performance and feedback.• Coordination of the supply chain involved in the delivery of raw materials and finished products related to projects, ensuring adequate availability of resources to ensure the progress of schedules.• Participation in forums and weekly meetings for strategic alignment and decision-making in relation to projects.• Effective team management, ensuring the strategic alignment and effective initiatives to generate savings and reduce losses, mainly in project inventories.• Management of Inventory Health and Obsolete Control indicators with a focus on optimization plans for cost avoidance.• Cooperation with cross areas, such as Technology, Procurement and Manufacturing, ensuring implementation schedules, product quality and process alignment.• Preparation of informative materials about projects for presentation and alignment with other areas of Planning and transversal areas, ensuring accurate and effective communication for all interested parties.Main Projects and Results:○ Leadership of the startup of a new washing machine production plant in Argentina in 2023, with responsibility for implementing the NPI/EPI Planning project management process for new washing machines in Argentina (SAP registrations), “phase in” and “phase out” parts, inventory and control of obsolete parts. Leading meetings with the Supply Chain team to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished products.○ Reduction in obsolete parts from R$1 million to R$50 thousand in the project to launch a new 15 kg Washing Machine, through internal meetings, renegotiations with suppliers, parts reuse strategies, review of production plans.

• Working in the Material Supply area, managing new products implementation projects (NPI) and cost reduction / quality improvement projects (EPI), leading initiatives in 2 plants in Brazil - Rio Claro and Manaus.• Direct team management with 5 Analysts and 1 Intern, working on actions from attraction to evaluation and feedback.• Responsible for planning and availability of raw materials and finished products related to projects.• Alignment with cross project areas (Technology, Procurement, Manufacturing) on implementation schedules.• Coordination of the team to ensure project inventory reduction actions, including inventory impact analysis forums and reduction initiatives.Main Projects and Results:Direction of the project to create and standardize the NPI (New Project Introduction) activity checklist:⦁ Identification of the need to standardize the planning team's activities between plants to ensure better project implementation and correct alignment between stakeholders;⦁ Team leadership to create detailed action checklists according to the Company's project leadership methodology;⦁ After 4 months, the project resulted in a robust and reliable checklist standardized between the 3 plants in Brazil and later replicated through benchmarking for the entire group, including factories in other countries.

• Responsible for Implementation of new product projects (NPI - New Product Introduction).• Management and implementation of changes into the product (BOM) – using SAP, according to engineering documentation.• Management of the Phase in / Phase out process of finished products and raw materials.• Preparation of management reports and scenarios with recommendations and impact studies for management.Main Projects and Results:Leadership and recovery of the pioneering and innovative project to launch a 15kg washing machine with two baskets:⦁ Identification of the main project gaps in close alignment with the areas involved, mainly in relation to needs related to the supply chain, in order to guarantee the availability of materials;⦁ Creation of a production plan suited to the needs of the project, with the least possible impact on the factory;⦁ Recovery of the work schedule after taking over the project, ensuring the availability of parts at the correct time and the launch on the scheduled date and before Black Friday, enabling sales success.

• Working in the Materials Planning area, responsible for implementing product change projects (ECN – Engineering Change Notes), with a focus on quality improvement and cost reduction.• Contact with foreign Product Engineering (Research and Development), with responsibility for direct support to the assembly line, material controllers and buyers, with information related to ECN.• Control and management of the scrapping of parts in the process of obsolescence.• Analysis of costs and availability of materials.• Responsible for setting and maintaining Master Data and Bill of Material (BOM) of products in SAP.• Responsible for the availability of options for products.• Monthly reports of information related to product change implementations.Main Projects and Results:○ Creation of the ECN implementation macro flow at the Pederneiras factory, involving the alignment of all process stakeholders, definition of micro flows for each area that resulted in the macro flow. Performance from project preparation, parts registration, material availability, to implementation on the assembly line.○ Trip to Linyi, China in Feb/13: Responsible for introducing SDLG brand processes, involving the definition of options and Bill of Material for the Brazilian market.○ Trip to Hameln, Germany in Sep/13: Participation in product configuration and logic training (SAP MOM software).
