I started working for Vertec in 2016 as a contractor. Together with my team at Waldhirsch Marketing I created an online-first marketing strategy and deployed it successfully. In 2018 I joined Vertec full-time as head of marketing and handed Waldhirsch Marketing over to my business partner. Evola was a start-up in Basel that aimed to create CRM and ERP systems through a visual editor. Although first prototypes looked very promising, the company did not manage to reach a break even and closed down in 2016.

Snapper is a New Zealand based company focusing on contactless payment technology. In 2011 I spent half a year in Wellington a helped Snapper by delivering customer support in the newly created support team. We managed to pass on much of the needed feedback from customers to the product team. At Snapper I first encountered Scrum and Agile which was a fascinating experience. Seeing the fast development of a product first hand left a huge impression on me.

Bei Computacenter arbeitete ich im neu formierten Team, welches den 1st level IT-Support für adidas EMEA abdeckte. Primäre Aufgaben waren Problemhilfe in MS Office, Nutzerverwaltung in SAP und Active Directory und Weiterleitung in den 2nd level Bereich, wenn nötig.Im Laufe des Jahres 2007 begann ich dann auch, neue Mitarbeiter zu schulen. Hohe Priorität hatte das Einhalten der vereinbarten Service-level, was nur durch sehr gut strukturierte Abläufe möglich war.
