• Responsible for the "Smart Lending Project" (sale of unsecured company loans through the online channel) as part of the DOT (Digital Omnichannel Transformation) Program.• PMO of the Enterprise Project of the DOT Program which includes the following sub-Project: "Electronic Invoicing and Invoice Advance", "Digital Supply Chain", "New Acquiring structure", "Evo Trade Finance", "Non Financial Opportunities".• PMO of the Group Pricing Optimization Project with the responsibility of guiding the operational release of the new Pricing Tool for calculating the risk-adjusted “strategic” price.• PMO of the Signature Credit Operational Revision Project.• Client Manager for requests that impact the operations of the Retial, Corporate and Private Network.• PMO of the BP-BPM merger project and organizational contact for IT migration activities.

I follow and coordinate change management projects, examining issues such as the revision of the Organisational Structures, Analysis and Reengineering Process, the Corporate Reorganization, the Review of Business Models, the Migration Information Systems and Sizing Resources. In addition, I deal of the following ordinary activities: drafting of the Internal Regulations, the internal DB update of the Directorate, advising the internal customer. Usually I have to manage relations with external consultants (mainly senior manager) to support specific projects as well as with the following functions of the Parent Company: Commercial / Marketing, IT, Legal / Compliance, Audit and Special Projects Credits, Back Office.
