Organize and plan my duties to get each job done in the best possible way. Passion, resourcefulness, curiosity, and love for knowledge are the first four labels I'd use to describe myself. I enjoy working on innovate project with teams of different people, bringing enthusiasm and positive energy.I believe in continuous growth and improvement, both in personal and professional. This approach has always encouraged me to be proactive and take on different challenged which allowed me to enhance my knowledge about Administration Management and develop strong organization and teamwork skills.I think that soft skills are the real value for the day-to-day worklife. That’s why I’ve always tried to develop them literally “on the field” during my experience as a football referee, where I learned how to get and receive respect from people much older than me and take important decisions in few seconds. In addition, every time I had the opportunity, I tried to get out from my comfort zone by doing the Erasmus program and many other small jobs experiences around Europe where I’ve been able to compare myself with different cultures, to learn English and Spanish and to gain independence in the daily duties.In my free time I volunteer as an educator for teenagers in my city community, and as soon as I have a free moment, I love to do some sport, especially running.
