Currently in PwC, I divide my effort between the "ESG Group" and the "Digital Innovation Group"; my experience is related to the role as Culture Executive Officer in "Mixura" and Director of "Digital Tree Innovation Habitat" (currently "PwC Acceleration Center Italy").I have been involved in strategic and organizational consultancy for over 25 years, guided by a vocation for corporate responsibility and digital enabling technologies.I am also co-founder and director of "Intra-Operative Surgical Research", an AI-based spin-off startup of the University of Genoa.In my career as Chief Executive Officer I have developed expertise in Change Management by integrating organizational skills and innovative technologies, in particular related to the world of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. In 2018 I was part of the Group for the definition of the National Strategy on Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Economic Development, in which I was able to put my point of view and my experience at the service of the community.
