I work as a freelancer developer doing Front-End, Back-End and Web3 development.Today most of my freelance work is with Web3. On Web3 I create the entire game, developing safe smart contracts using Solidity with HardHat, Back-End with JavaScript or TypeScript, games using Defold, ct.js or Unity and Front-End with React or Vue.On my deliveries I always create smart contracts on local, test and production environments so it's safer to validate the contract and deliver with better quality. On local environment I deploy the smart contract on Hardhat network integrated with site and necessary APIs. To feature validation with the client, I deploy the smart contract on test network and also have a separate environment for Front-End and Back-End integrated with test net.On my spare time, I do live coding on Twitch, I record programming courses in my Youtube channel as I really love to share knowledge.

I work as a Principal Developer for a team that is responsible for integration with the payment system for different e-commerce platforms. My roles are:- align stakeholder needs with the technical solution- evaluate technical feasibility of new features before start development- create ADRs to discuss technical solutions between clusters- develop features with the team, doing pair programming and sharing knowledge- code review for different teams- responsible leader for the frontend guild, member on the backend guild

I'm responsible for the Front-End courses, beginner to advanced, UX course and NodeJS course. My role is to keep the courses up-to-date, using best practices and most used technologies in the market. I work as a developer on internal systems that are used to facilitate the class scheduling and also on a ERP. Working on the scheduling system is challenging because we have to ensure that all ~36 monthly classes had instructors without overwhelming them and on the right rooms. There are 23 different courses and more than 50 instructors.I'm responsible to train new Front-End, NodeJS and UX instructors as well.

I work on the website cluster, in a team responsible for creating the client advertisement looking for a worker (plumber, electrician, etc). I develop using vanilla JS, HTML and CSS without any framework as we want to ensure the lowest response time possible. Each new feature we need to guarantee the page load time so this is reflected on our deployment pipeline. For deployment we use Jenkins integrated with Slack, to deploy specific branches to specific environments.I do also A/B Tests to measure the impact of changes in conversion for our clients. We use Google Analytics and Hotjar.

As a product manager I work in projects that involves more than one team, ensuring that the teams are healthy and prioritizing the workload with the teams' own product manager. In order to optimize my work, I created a plugin for Trello to aggregate multiple teams boards at my single board. This board is updated automatically with the tasks from the 5 teams (frontend, backend, design, qa, sysadmins) that I work with.

I work developing Locaweb's website using Joomla, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Performance and Accessibility are really important as Locaweb is the biggest hosting company on Latin America, so everything that I do is thinking about that.One of the biggest joys in working on Locaweb is to work with people that are references in the market and that I learn a lot with like Diego Eis (tableless), Pedro Rogerio (Pinceladas da Web) and William Bruno.
