I am a motivated team player who seeks his challenge in continuously optimizing the services offered by our customers using Pega. My role in this varies from very functional to very technical. The breadth of my expertise, from Senior Business Architect to Senior Solution Architect, leads to the situation that customers like Rabobank, MKB Brandstof and Achmea are happy to have me in their teams. I like to communicate clearly. I explain how and why I take certain decisions. I am always open form suggestions for improvements. I always try to understand the reasons and motivations of others to come to even better solutions. Therefore a “because they say so” can lead to some personal irritation. In a wide variety of Projects I have been involved in I have learned that teamwork leads to better results than when I, or any other single person, would have to perform a task individually. Therefore I function best in teams where we need to deliver results together and collaboratively.
