The Cargill Strategic Recruitment Manager utilizes full employment knowledge to develop, influence, and implement recruitment strategies, policies, programs and/or processes to source, attract, select and retain talent for Cargill. Responsible to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and consult with business/functional partners on proactively focused projects. Supervising a team to execute and implement the recruitment strategy, governance and compliance, all with primary focus in a region/country and awareness of global collaboration. Understand and remain aware of industry and market trends, and how affect sourcing, attraction and retention of talent. Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, career service centers, student lenders, professors etc. Consults with business/functional leaders to develop the recruitment and Sourcing strategies, establish priorities, and ensure alignment with delivering business/functional and GHRO goals.

Responsible for the overall management of an assigned group/customer for a specific outsourcing engagement within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) group. This role drives strategic planning and leadership and has on-going interaction and communication with key customer stakeholders. The Operations Manager role also provides tactical leadership, management and mentorship for the client partnership and the entire staff across the program. This role works closely with the other management staff to ensure extreme service and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for directly managing the Industry standard servers for Latin America and Caribbean in the Costa Rica Solution Center. This team provide first level technical telephone support to HP's small, medium and Enterprise customers.
