Responsible for driving success in our Western Europe region with Microsoft solutions for Frontline Workers and modern Endpoints (Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune for modern device Management). I love a data-driven targeting approach and ABM, blended with product and sales readiness delivered to our internal teams. I orchestrate and lead those solutions across 10 Countries, ensuring ongoing progression across all the necessary engines to exceed our targets.

And it is always up to date!ABOUT ME I'm the Product Marketing Manager of Windows 10, focusing on Enterprise and Midsize Organizations. Role and responsibilities include:- Launching the product in the Enterprise space and drive adoption and deployment; - Storytelling: use marketing to create excitement about Windows 10 and devices in the managed segments; leverage, create and develop references.- Generate demand: engage customers with 1:many and 1:1 iniziative, enable and support sales pipeline, leveraging also our channel and partners by delivering appropriate Readiness. - Enhance the Windows ecosystem: through partnerships and joint activities with major HW Vendors, System Integrators and ISVs.

In synergy with the sales team, I was responsible for driving awareness, demand generation and, finally, purchase of Microsoft technologies and solutions in the 250-500 PCs customer segment. This was done through both strategic and tactical marketing, including customer segmentation, execution of campaigns and executive relationships/engagements aimed to target CxOs and TDMs. Role and responsibilities include: - creating demand through marketing campaigns implementation and measuring ROI;- finding and optimizing new opportunities in the segment; - datamining and qualitative/quantitative strategic analysis (business intelligence) to support sales; - managing Executive Relationship activities (1:1 and 1:few).

I joined Microsoft in 1994 and covered different roles (mainly in Customer Marketing) inside the MS Italy Organization.
