* Build features for online.tivo.com, a site that lets users manage DVR content and stream it to browser with an HLS Flash player* Design data models for client code and implement them on the server side using Java interfaces and classes, and fetching them by building JSON APIs* Use HTML and Sass-based CSS to convert UX concept mockups into working features* Redesign legacy Javascript features by breaking subfeatures into custom jQuery UI widgets to better encapsulate distinct elements and make the code more testable* Overhaul heavily nested CSS dependent on HTML structure into more flexible set of component rules with clear names that can be applied easily rather than rely heavily on inheritance* Design client code to detect and manage connections with a Tivo transcoder to play DVR and cloud content on multiple video player frameworks* Assist QE team in designing a Selenium-based testing system for end-to-end feature testing along with existing unit tests

General Assembly's Web Development Immersive is an intensive program for junior web developers. The program focuses on fluency in Ruby and JavaScript programming languages in the Rails framework.
