As the Manager of Business Excellence at Embraer’s Corporate Center of Excellence (CoE), I was entrusted with framing and executing the transformation of the second generation of the P3E (Embraer Enterprise Excellence Program). My role was pivotal in driving business transformation across three critical value streams: sales, services, and people—on a global scale.Collaborating closely with Embraer’s Business Units and Corporate areas, I led efforts to enhance operational efficiency and align strategic initiatives with corporate goals. This work laid the foundation for sustained excellence and innovation across the organization, ensuring that Embraer’s processes and strategies remained at the forefront of the industry.

As the Head of the Enterprise Excellence Program (P3E) at Embraer Defense and Security, I was responsible for overseeing all processes, competencies, and sites within the division. My role was to driving business efficiency and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.Key responsibilities included:- Promoting Business Efficiencies: Spearheaded initiatives to enhance inventory turn, improve quality assurance, and optimize cycle times, driving significant improvements in operational performance.- Aligning Strategy with Processes: Supported the alignment and deployment of business strategies into the process layer, ensuring that strategic goals were effectively translated into actionable processes.- Implementing Business Processes: Monitored and supported the implementation of key business processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all operations.- Developing Business Capabilities: Led the development of business capabilities through Kaizen projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In my role overseeing the Aviation Services Business Unit, which encompasses Airline Business and Executive Jets Customer Support areas, I was responsible for the planning and results office that manages shaping and execution of strategies to drive performance and optimize outcomes.Key responsibilities included:- Global P&L Management: Managed the global profit and loss for the business unit, with a particular focus on optimizing Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses to enhance financial performance.- Strategy Deployment and Alignment: Led the deployment and alignment of strategic initiatives, ensuring that business strategies were effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
