Il progetto consisteva nell’automatizzare la rete di vendita (circa 50 agenti) adottando un moderno CRM e una soluzione di SFA su tablet (iPad), integrando da un lato le interazioni gestionali con il sistema ERP, dall’altro la gestione dei cataloghi, dei contenuti multimediali e dei listini su una piattaforma web. La soluzione ipotizzata opera su Cloud.2011 - 2012 Analisi e consulenza per l’ottimizzazione dei processi logistici secondo i principi del Lean thinking, e gestione del progetto di realizzazione di un tool di analisi della marginalità in tempo reale, della definizione dei KPI aziendali e realizzazione del tool di Business Intelligence aziendale.

L’azienda era impegnata su diversi fronti in progetti di revisione organizzativa e dei dati tecnici in relazione alle attività di rollouting internazionale. In collaborazione con EOS Business Solutions S.p.A., il fornitore del sistema gestionale ERP, ho seguito come Project Manager e Analista dei Processi di Supply Chain il progetto Germania, dove l'azienda ha 2 dei maggiori stabilimenti del gruppo (oltre 300 dipendenti), ed una forte diversificazione produttiva, sia meccanica che elettromeccanica. Il progetto è andato live nei tempi previsti (Gennaio 2014) e con un saving importante sui costi budgettizzati.Nel 2014 ho coordinato inoltre i progetti tecnici di Data migration e EDI Intercompany per il cliente MAPEI (piattaforma AX2012).Nel 2015 ho ricoperto il ruolo di Project Manager nel progetto Zepter ed ho collaborato in attività Presales su prospect internazionali.

Collaborando con la capo commessa Mainconsulting di Rovigo ho effettuato l’ analisi dei processi di Supply Chain secondo la metodologia SCOR.SCOR ovvero Supply Chain Operation Reference Model è una metodologia sviluppata dal Supply-Chain Council (SCC www.supply-chain.org) organizzazione no-profit che comprende circa 700 aziende impegnate a sviluppare e condividere le best practice nella gestione della catena logistica (supply chain management) è uno standard di riferimento per la gestione della catena logistica.Gli approfondimenti da me svolti riguardavano i processi di Deliver (Customer Service e Logistica distributiva, Source (Acquisti), Plan (pianificazione) e Enable (parametrizzazione del sistema).

Diennea was an italian email marketing leader since 2001. The company was splitted in two Business Units (software development and consultancy services). In June 2010 I took the role of Service Manager. I'm leading a workgroup of 22 professionals (project managers, graphic designers, marketers and developers).My project goals were: business process reengineering and certified quality processes. At first we realized written procedures and we drawn information flows.I put in place a sharepoint server and we realized all the workflow automation using SP services.This solution let us easily control and share all the WIP activities and the quality checks.In the meantime I put in place a BI system based on Qlikview to monitor our performances and trends. Now we know in real time marginality, efficiency and year to date forecasts.

NPO Business Solutions was a spinoff from TXT e-Solutions. The core business was the installations of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX and the consultancy in Supply Chain and Demand Planning policies.The owner of the company was NPO SIstemi, leader in information technology in Italy.My team was located in Perugia, and I was coordinating people to drive ERP implementations. I joined TXT e-solutions S.p.A. an international player in Demand & Supply Chain Management, based on the proprietary suite TXTPERFORM, TXT also provides specialist focus on vertical markets and offers a specialized consulting service.I was a project manager and a supply chain consultant: I worked in the Business Unit AX. The ERP was Microsoft Dynamics AX.I worked on 4 projects: 1 as consultant of supply chain processes (Rulmeca), 3 as project manager (Plati, Umbra Cuscinetti, Cementeria di Monselice).As a project manager I lead groups of 15-40 people including consultants and key users.

San Giovanni In Persiceto (Bo)

I joined Haworth S.p.A. for the second time.In Italy there were 2 plants with 350 employees and a turnover of 50 millions of Euro.I was the Project Leader for all the ERP implementations.My company was changing the ERP, with changes in codification (from static to configured items) and deep integration with the other European companies.The new software were Swing for the supply chain and SAP for the finance and administration.My role in the company was to coordinate and lead all the workgroups to analyze and setup the new information system.I was also responsible to define all the new flow and design of our supply chain.I worked with German consultants and with the corporate support from the US. I lead other important projects: November 2004 – May 2005: outsourcing of the logistic (only distribution) and change of the manufacturing policies, from make to stock to make to order. The project had a large impact in all our supply chain and kept involved all the operations, logistic and engineering. The project was developed in 2 phases. First we brought in to the factory the handling of the WIP using barcode pistols, and the coordination between manufacturing, picking and packing activities.Than we outsourced the logistic activities. In this phase I lead the group of technicians that invented and implemented the new workflow AS400 and WEB based.I also personally lead all the training activities and the coordination of the tests. June 2005 – January 2006: SAP project. I lead the group of the RPG programmers in charge to interface the ERP system with the financial SAP, and I coordinated all the test and training activities. July 2005 – January 2006: merge of a company of the Haworth Group with consequent migration of the old ERP system in to our ERP system. We converted all the Item masters, updated the logistic and purchasing procedures and integrated the production in our manufacturing sites. I also lead all the test and conversion activities.

I worked for Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A., Trasmital division of Forlì; Bonfiglioli is leader in gear boxes for mobile machinery. The company had 1400 employees and a turnover of 280 million of euro. In my division there were 400 employees and a turnover of 120 millions.I was the production planning and inbound logistic manager. My department was in charge to do the production planning of manufacturing and outsourcing suppliers, to receive/ ship and to stock components.I worked in the project of lead time reduction in manufacturing and in the project to interface the automatic warehouses with the ERP system SAP.I was leading a department with 26 members.

Haworth S.p.A. was a multinational with 10’000 employees. In Italy there were 3 plants with 600 employees and a turnover around the 100 millions of euro.I was responsible of the central planning. In my department I was coordinating 4 people.My function was placed in between the Customer Service and the production planning. I was in charge to confirm the entering customer orders according to the available load and materials in manufacturing, coordinating 3 plants and being the connection between most of the business area of the company. For instance sales, logistic, warehouses, manufacturing, purchasing and customer service.Central Production was also in charge to verify the CRP, the backlog of customer orders related to the budget and the monitoring of delays and WIP.I developed and lead the project called “Master Planning”. Through this implementation the ERP system was in condition to simulate the load of the entering orders before the run of the MRP, giving us the chance to be quicker and more precise in the Customer Order handling and creating the conditions to better synchronize the 3 plants. The planning was based on Lean Manufacturing guidelines.

I joined Verlicchi S.p.A. for the second time. At that time Verlicchi had 350 employees;From October 1999 to February 2000 I was responsible for the Logistic of a little unit with 50 employees.I created the Layout of the warehouse, and I was in charge to do the production planning of the plant, the logistic and distribution planning. I led a unit with 3 workers. From March 2000 to January 2001 I was responsible for the production planning in the head offices. I led an office with 5 employees. I completed the project of the new MRPII system, implementing the CRP and the MRP modules.

I worked for Castelli S.p.A. as responsible for the production planning in Imola plant.Castelli S.p.A. had 350 employees of which 150 in Imola, and its business is focused in the Office furniture.My department was in charge to handle the information flow in manufacturing, the monitoring of the work orders and of the inventory. I leded a group of 4 employees.In Castelli I worked in 4 projects to implement the ERP:1) Outsourcing,2) Codification of Specials,3) Daily scheduling for production planning,4) CRP calculation in equivalent units.

I worked for Verlicchi S.p.A. with a first job contract, than transformed in a standard contract.I was an operator in production and engineering department. I was in charge to set the item master data for the production planning area and to manage the production planning for internal and outsourcing work orders. I was also in charge to releas production plan and to manage the stock adjustments.I was also in charge to train my collegues on the MRP logics, usage of personal computers and Microsoft office.From November 1994 to January 1995: I did a Stage in Verlicchi S.p.A., working in setting up the technical data for the go live of the new information system.
