About Marco Crescentini
Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in VM Motori, FCA and Stellantis. I’ve worked for long time as Chief Engineer in an international context, initially for the supply of VM engines to Chrysler/Jeep and, later in FCA, by coordinating teams located in Italy and North America. More recently I've been introduced also to electric propulsion systems in Maserati. I like to take care of teamwork, communication with customers, partnership with suppliers and integration with the other company functions. In the project management activities, I am always oriented to achieve the goals within time and cost constraints.Aptitude for creating a positive environment based on respect and trust in colleagues, with a focus on everyone being able to reach their full potential.I’ve covered the role of Project Manager in different technical areas: research and development, product design, cost optimization. I believe I can bring not only experiences but also curiosity and flexibility to adapt to new contexts, even outside the automotive world.
