Marco has developed his professional experiences expending his role in manufacturing - quality - logistic and operation areas.He started working for Magneti Marelli ( Fiat Group ) as a Technical Employee ( Process Eng. Department ) and after 4 years Marco joined VM Diesel Engines where he spent several years of his working life managing manufacturing, quality and logistic activities and improving his competencies working with major Automotive Companies ( Ford - Rover - GM - Chrysler ) where, thanks to the important results achieved, he became Manufacturing Director.After this important experience he started working for Ducati Motor as Manufacturing Director where, with the support of Porsche Consulting, he was one of the leaders of the highly successful Ducati changeover initiative which embraced Lean approach/principles throughout its manufacturing process as part of a major swing in Ducati Operations.
