Managing Supply Chain for Foot Locker Europe. This includes managing the inbound flow from our vendors and privat label and outbound flow (distribution) to our stores (850+) in Europe and the Middle East. Responsible for transportation management, Supply Chain planning and forecasting, customer service and managing freight budget. Leading business development projects to improve Supply Chain. Responsible for distribution network and design to support Multi Channel retailing, where combining E-Com and Brick and Mortar sales and logistics are essential to facilitate growth (Multi Channel retailing requires Multi Channel logistics).

Responsible for carrier management and distribution strategies from, to and between our stores

Operational and commercial management of a customer team. First for a group of smaller customers, later for dedicated for one bigger customer (Olivetti and later Varian).Areas: Inventory control, customer service, (express) distribution, Repair and Return projects, carrier selection, maintain service level agreements
