As an Art Director at Simulware, I lead and manage visual projects for web-based training programs, with a focus on graphic design, animation, brand design, UX/UI, instructional design, and audio and video editing. I have been working in this role for over nine years, and I have a graduate degree in architecture from Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia.My mission is to create engaging and effective learning experiences that inspire and empower learners, using my creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also mentor and grow my team of designers and developers, ensuring quality, reliability, and enthusiasm in every project.
