I am a researcher and an entrepreneur with the creation of hi-tech solutions for a wide range of platforms, from workstations to off-the-shelf devices as my main goal.My experience focuses on advanced Computer Graphics (CG) and Computer Vision (CV) algorithms and data structures, especially related to Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Structure-from-Motion (SfM), General-Purpose GPU computing (GPGPU), High-Performance parallel Computing (HPC). My current research work is targeted at Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods for 3D reconstruction and scene segmentation.My research and work activity has mostly led to state-of-the-art academic and industrial-strength solutions for processing and real-time rendering of huge 3D datasets like urban, terrestrial, marine, and laser scanned models.
