About Marco Doeswijk

As a commercial man I am a driven and result-oriented manager, who achieves commercial results by deepening and entering into long-term relationships with customers instead of short-term results. As a managerial manager within an organization, I focus on employees. I do this by giving confidence, adding structure and connecting people in a natural way - based on sincerity.Relationships are about people. I think it is important that the relationship with customers and employees is, will be and will remain a strong mutual relationship! I manage this well by keeping in touch and observing. I see through situations sharply and quickly and put both customers and employees at ease. Communicate clearly and honestly and know how to convince if necessary. Acting accurately and daring to make decisions is the most normal thing in the world for me. An important motivation for me is that I want to continuously and strategically push and develop both the organization I work for and the customers and employees of my team. I aim for optimal results with a focus on the long-term vision. Being eager to learn and developing naturally go hand in hand in strengthening people and organizations. My direct added value or what sets me apart is that I quickly create insight into the current and desired situation and act accordingly. I have proven that in previous roles and I am also able to live up to it in my future role. I am very loyal and always go 200% for my assignment, all or nothing! I excel in introducing or improving the (current) structure, which is an excellent basis to further help an organization. I have a very high favorable factor with clients and via networks, which makes me very suitable to become the face of an organization.
