Role:Design, planning and execution of Events and Experiential marketing activities based on briefs received from clients, mainly in Automotive, Premium & Luxury, Motorsport sectors, both in Italy and abroad. Analysis and identification of needs; development of an innovative experiential project; realisation of the project as close as possible to the creative concept.Management of a team staff members.Tasks and responsibilities:- Customer relationship management- Creative project design in line with customer needs, corporate strategies and brand image- Research and selection of suppliers suitable to specifications - Commercial negotiation- Project and budget preparation- Project presentation to the client and commercial tender management - Contract management- Key role of single reference for the customer, coordination of all suppliers, staff and collaborators involved, progress management and customer alignment- Coordination of invitations and back-office activities- Coordination of development and production of marketing-communication materials for the branding of activities Needs definition for operational/temporary staff and shipments/logistics- On-site supervision, set-up – coordination of activities - dismantling- Debriefing and quantitative/qualitative analysis- Final balance management and issue of order number for invoicing

Role, tasks and responsibilities:Conception, planning and execution of Events and marketing activities.Meeting with customers, needs analysis and understanding; development and presentation of an innovative experiential project in line with needs, strategies and image of the brand; selection and contracting of suitable locations and suppliers in order to realise the project in the most efficient and effective manner.Acting as a single point of contact for the customer, coordinating work progress, suppliers, staff and collaborators, back-office activities, development and production of marketing-communication materials.Definition of logistical and temporary personnel needs.Supervision of the Event and quantitative/qualitative analysis upon completion. Management of final balance and issue of order number for invoicing.
