• Cost reduction analysis for one international business unit and for the Italian branch.
• KPIs and reports creation.
• Consolidation of main BU economic data from worldwide branches (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Order portfolio, Sales data of 15+ branches)
• What-if scenarios for cost saving analysis.

• Ad interim responsible for production planning, supplying and warehousing of the Italian branch (4 sites, ≈100 people).
• MPS (Master Production Schedule), operative production planning, resource sizing and allocation.
• Materials procurement and availability: 5 expediters, ≈25 M€ annual purchases (in collaboration with procurement).
• Internal logistics and shipping: 1 warehouse manager, 13 store-men, 5 shippers.

• Responsible for ICT of the Italian branch: 200 K€ budget, 3 collaborators, 200+ users.
• On premises hardware and infrastructure (servers, network, PCs, mobiles).
