OBJECTIVES: • Support at analysis department and review of production systems with a view to continuous improvement of the management flow of production and standardization of methods of work; • definition of new production lines supporting the study under way for the realization of multi-product lines • international project APSYS, targeted to the unification of production processes between the different sites of the group DESIGN ASPECTS: • analysis of processes and production lines • definition of process changes and balancing of production lines to improve quality and reduce costs in respect of delivery times EXAMPLES OF DUTIES PERFERFORMED:• calculating of the takt time and balancing of production lines • definition of production processes with pull flow method • definition of work instructions Knowledge of the "technical" kanban, poka yoke, kaizen and 5s, used in a philosophy of Lean Manufacturing in order to eliminate losses and the possibility of mistakes.
