Marco Moita is a Partner in the Consulting division of Deloitte at Lisbon Office. Graduated in Management and Computer Science by Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e Empresa (ISCTE). Joined Deloitte Consulting* in September 1999 in the Business Consulting division as a Consultant, and was promoted to Partner in 2013. Since 1999 developed his skills in the Technology Integration area, focused in the development of systems integration projects, business process optimization projects and content management projects. Lately, Marco has been responsible for the delivery of large IT transformation initiatives.He has deep knowledge in all the phases of these kinds of projects from: planning and scoping, requirements analysis, architecture conceptualization, architectural design, functional design, technical design, implementation, testing (robustness and performance), deployment, roll-out, post-production support. In his experience he has managed large teams where different cultures, expertises and competencies where present, always achieving good results for the final clients.His experience considers package and bespoke solutions, requiring different types of integration approaches: MOM, XML, ETL, JCA, SOA, Web Services, Integration Adapters, RFC, etc, using Document Management Solutions (OpenText or Documentum), Workflow Solutions (IBM, TIBCO or SAP), EAI Solutions (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft or TIBCO), and Application Servers Integration Based Solutions (Oracle or IBM).Nowadays, Marco commonly participates as Subject Matter Expert in the scoping, conceptualization, definition, design and implementation of different banking architectures (Banking, Insurance of Payments), as well as reviewer of existing technical and functional architectures.
