I had my first mission as architect by german clients who invested on historical properties in Italy. I developed the all project for the renovation of a 1800-century mansion:building permission in a landscape-protected area, practical design, documentation and implementation planning, building site surveying, project management. I constantly updated the clients on the evolution of the project with cost controll, building reports and technical documentation. As I was young I acquired self-reliance discussing with all the consultant and the involved authorities. In the meantime I participated to some architectural competitions like Europan.
