I am a Project Manager for the international market for Metalprogetti s.p.a., a leading company in the handling of hanging garments and light items in general. I am in charge of the relationships with the company's international sales network partners in some specific geographical areas (Latin America, Spain and Portugal, Middle and Far East, Oceania), and I also help customers find logistic and organization solutions to improve the efficiency of their production processes. I have worked for this company since 2003, starting in the Research & Development department and working in particular on the programming of the PLC that controls the machines, on Siemens S7 platform. I have also taken part in and personally followed up several installations in some strategically important locations, both to be in direct contact with the customers and to make sure all their requirements and expectations are met. Moreover, I deal with the company's participation at international trade fairs from the initial stand planning phases to the stand set-up on site. A recent challenge has been the expansion of the sales network in Central and South America for all the company's range of products.
