Founder of Mosaic Consulting; senior partner in HR consulting and executive coaching; senior lecturer at the LUISS Business School in Rome. After studies in Economics in Milan and at the London School of Economics, Marco goes through a corporate career, which begins in the USA, with Arthur Andersen, and follows on with ten years of service with Olivetti. The executive positions in this corporation range from Assistant to the CEO to Country Marketing Director for the Italian markets. As a sharp change in his professional journey Marco decides to follow a new vocational aspiration and co-founds Mosaic in 1992 with Marco Crespi. Mosaic has been operating since then in five consulting areas, namely HR diagnostic tools and surveys, change management, executive empowerment, executive coaching and leadership teams excellence. Over the years Marco cultivates some specific fields of specialization: he enjoys a highly nourishing collaboration with Marshall Goldsmith, the renowned north American leadership thinker and coach, with whom he is involved in several survey projects, 360 degree feed-back, and coaching projects; he develops expertise in intercultural management through the partnership with Paris based ICM and with the German HR Consulting firm Pawlik Consultants, based in Hamburg. Marco runs advanced seminars and write essays on psychological aspects of management like relational and emotional intelligence, political intelligence, change psychology and mindfulness. Marco has led project teams engaged by a long list of major corporations. Among them Allianz, Microsoft, Solvay, Intesa SanPaolo Bank, Accenture, Merck, EDF, Enel, Poste Italiane, and many others.Marco periodically writes for HR blogs and magazines, and is a co-author of “Leader Dentro” (Leader Inside) published by the LUISS University Press.
