Responsible for overseeing the commercial services for the fine custom chemical (drug substance), particle engineering and drug product at Hovione. The services in these areas range from process and formulation development, clinical and commercial supplies. The team is constituted by Business development and account management professionals located strategically close to our customers worldwide. Responsible to deliver the P&L of the site, improve customer experience and provide a best class service for the development of early to late stage development in drug substance and particle engineering while maintaining the high quality and compliance standards related to cGMP and EHS (site FDA approved and OSHA VPP star). Responsible for the development and implementation of the long term strategy for the site within Hovione network, proposing new investments based on the strategy and monitoring the execution. Development of close relations with customer and sales team to make sure the site address market needs. A cornerstone of the strategy is to build a strong and motivated team.

- Application of Particle Engineering technologies in the enhancement of properties of pharmaceutical materials- Development of Particle Engineering technologies e.g.: Spray drying, fluidized spray drying, spray congealing, particle size reduction (jet milling, wet milling), - Development of amorphous products and solid dispersions- Processes scale-up
