1. Responsible for commercial, operational, and merchandising in Menswear section allocated store as a whole.2. Analyze daily sales figures and comes up with findings and action plans to improve and develop turnover.3. Consult and direct report to superiors (Brand Manager & VM Area) to implement our strategies based on approval and apply them to the store.4. Always have the understanding of balance in commerciality and visual merchandising of the product placement in the store, which also has to follow the recent and updated merchandising guidelines.5. Manage and plan monthly roster and schedule to allocate total manpower division required for daily tasks and activities.6. Monitor and always maintain good condition of the store’s properties, lightning, windows, furnitures, fixtures, and equipments.7. Maintain good replenishment of the products that are being transferred from the store’s internal or external stockroom to the shop floor accordingly.8. Regularly control and maintain stockroom image that has to be relevant to the ZARA General Stockroom Guidelines.9. Educate, guide, and mentor internally promoted staff to work effectively and efficiently; in addition to accelerate employees career development and provide motivation.10. Tightened and uphold maximum security in the store, not only dependent to security guards but educate the staffs regarding the security of the store to eliminate theft and missing items.
