We launched our initial beta in May 2022 and quickly received accolades including Product Hunt #1 Product of the Day, Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star, The Webby for Productivity & Collaboration, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies of 2023, and we were named one of the TIME Magazine Best Inventions of 2022. Switchboard pivoted in the summer of 2024, leveraging the core cloud-browser technology we developed to power the next generation of AI applications.

Founded by the inventors of Siri, Viv Labs built the world’s most powerful and flexible AI assistant platform that made it possible to access a marketplace of developer-contributed applications through an intuitive natural language interface -- a decade before ChatGPT Plugins. Viv's revolutionary artificial intelligence dynamically generated the code it needed to execute each user request across many disparate services in real time. The Viv platform was taught by the world, knew more than it was taught, and learned everyday. Viv set the vision and stage for what was to come just a few years later with LLMs, ChatGPT-style assistants, and AI Agents. During my time at Viv Labs, I led many aspects of company strategy, product management, design and operations. I eventually took on the role of Chief Operating Officer while continuing to oversee all aspects of product development as we grew to a team of more than 100. After being acquired by Samsung in Oct 2016, Viv Labs remained an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung until Jan 2021, when it merged with Samsung Research of America.

The first PM hired by Apple after the Siri acquisition to build out and ship the world’s first mobile AI voice assistant. Over the course of 4 years, I worked with the world's best engineers, designers, marketers, and project management team to bring Siri to life and deliver it to over a billion people. It was an incredible time to be at Apple.Some of my contributions at Apple included:- Shipping the initial integration of Siri architecture and features into iOS 5 on iPhone 4S- Leading Siri feature development for iOS 6, including Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Twitter, Facebook, Siri Eyes Free and Siri for iPad- Managing the iOS 7 redesign for Siri and the creation of custom Siri text-to-speech voices - Driving efforts leading to dramatic Siri performance improvements in iOS 7 and iOS 8- Leading the effort to create and ship first version of "Hey Siri" feature on iPhone- Leading the initial integration of Shazam into Siri - "Siri what song is this?"- Member of the original CarPlay team, leading efforts to develop Siri for CarPlay - Member of the original Apple Watch 1.0 team, leading the development of Siri for Apple Watch
