Customer Products ＆Processes Project ManagerAs part of Enterprise Sales Channel Processes & Solution I held the position of project delivery manager.The senior role of Project Delivery Manager is a key cross-market project management role responsible to drive end to end, from concept phase to post production supports, the most strategic/largest projects requested by the business depts. (i.e. Sales, Customer Ops, Financial Ops, Marketing) to create new value for Vodafone.As PDM I lead projects by interdepartmental team, being fully accountable for results during all project phases and reporting to executive committee on the progress. I’m responsible for budget, plan, process and success of the project. I coordinate all involved business stakeholders, and I collaborate with IT projects managers that are responsible to involve suppliers and coordinate IT related activities. Senior Project ManagerI am Senior Project Manager within the E-Services team of the Product and channel Delivery department. I am presently responsible for projects of E-commerce and E-care services dedicated to Business market as well as study and reengineering of processes and instruments implemented within Online Services department (Content Editing System, Newsletter Design e Delivery).I have personally directed the engineering of ADSL online sales processes for new clients and I have acquired an in depth knowledge of all activities involved (marketing, CRM processes, logistics, legal). I introduced the "click to call" and "chat" services on the Vodafone web site for ecommerce as well as for customer support. E-services Senior Project Manager• the management of external partners for the supply of technical solutions, consulting and other services• the coordination, for every project, of task forces of members of the various company functions involved, such as Marketing, Communications and IT.
