This is a project base assignment representing Robert Half as a consultant in a reputable Swiss Private Bank, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) in Singapore.Assisting the Compliance Department in completing their remediation backlog. Job requirement is to accurately identify the relevant names to be screen using LexisNexis, analyze the existing clients’ profile and re-categorize them under the correct level.

Perform KYC on new onboarding clients.

As the sole Registrar, the job requirement is to perform KYC and ensure accurate static data are being input into the centralize system during account opening.Assisting the settlement team in validating of payment and the Dealing Team in trades input on an ad-hoc basis.

This was a contract role during the acquisition of ABN Amro. Handling various system data integration projects between RBS and ABN Amro.Assist in account opening by making sure KYC checks had been performed and inputting static data into the centralize system.

Providing helpdesk support for the end user in this law firm and in-charge of structured network cabling for the firm as well as maintaining it.

This was a part time project based job. The job requirement is to perform network preventive maintenance and upgrading of network equipment for clients including but not limited to MINDEF.
