- I am responsible for supporting the distribution channels of the Branches and Financial Consultants in the territory of competence in relation to the Business Segment, carrying out commercial and technical-training activities to support the achievement of the commercial objectives assigned to both distribution channels, promoting the placement of the entire range of Business products. - I assist the Business Management in identifying and proposing commercial campaigns for business customers and related monitoring. - I collaborate with the function responsible for monitoring and promoting the products used. - I support the preliminary investigation of practices relating to Business transactional products. - I follow the development of new products and processes proposed by the Business Management by interacting with the competent Headquarters Managements. - I collaborate with the relevant offices to help achieve high service standards in the placement of transactional products.

I am in charge of spreading, among branch colleagues, the achievement of high standards of competence and awareness of the value of the service provided to premier customers in the field of loans and risk insurance.In addition, I take care of overseeing the promotion and placement of lending and risk insurance products in the Branches Area under my responsibility on the different customer segments.Finally, I coordinate colleagues in the defense of the mortgage stock and of existing customers thanks to commercial initiatives and I support them, also through coaching, in the promotion and development activities in the acquisition of new customers.

The work carried out consisted of various activities such as:- pursue the commercial objectives attributed- manage customer relations- concretely solve operational problems- manage the assigned technical resources- put in place adequate anti-money laundering measures

In this role I dealt with:- identify, agree and manage credit brokers and real estate agents for the promotion and sale of mortgages and the Bank's products and services- disseminate them the commercial skills necessary for consultancy- support them in selling to end customers
