• Conduct day-to-day activities in the operations and maintenance of Core, Facilities, and Transport equipment that are homed in the Switch/Data Center
• Support Ericsson/Nokia Radio Access Network (RAN) activities with RF Engineering, Field Operations, Development, and Regional Engineering.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various Transport activities, including ethernet backhaul activations, upgrades, and fault isolation.
• Primary support for Microwave Transport scripting, builds, conversion, modifications, and fault resolution
• Lead special projects in both RAN and Transport, providing technical direction and coaching to colleagues.
• Create a Method of Procedure (MOP) for the Switch Operations Team for new projects and streamline existing processes.

United States

• Support UMTS Node B transport expansion for the Baltimore-Washington area.
• Coordinate with Transport, Maintenance & Provisioning Group for design issues.
• Create Data Transcript (DT) for new cell sites, reconfiguration, and re-homing of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS).
• Provide support for planned service-impacting works that includes, BSC rehome, and network fault isolation.
• Support field technicians in E911/TDOA commissioning, repair, and turn-up of LMU (Location Module Unit).
• Troubleshoot and manage alarms in the 3G/UMTS network/BTS using the Ericsson OSS platform.

Philippines & USA

• Work on implementing and rolling out MSCs (Main Switching Centers) and BSCs (Base Station Controllers).
• Test and integrate the AXE10/AXE810 switch in the TDMA & and GSM networks.
• Support the addition of new cell sites, EDGE upgrade & and re-home for GSM and TDMA network.
• Performed Operation and Maintenance support for customers after the final acceptance.
• Integrate and re-home cell sites from the switch for RBS 884 and RBS 2000 radio series.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance support for customers after the final acceptance.
