Designed an agnostic set of edge delivery modules for e-mail, SMS, APN, Google, etc and it is currently being used as the messaging system to deliver notifications to all HP’s customers.- MessageHub processes more than 1M notifications forward per day.- In the Enterprise Software business unit, I was in charge of ideation, stakeholders negotiation, UX/UI planning, platform leveraging and upgrades at Workforce Solutions (WSS) organization integrating with the existing platform.- Responsible for a device metadata abstraction & aggregation system (called “DeviceCache”). By its adoption, development time and API calls costs were reduced by 40% due to its abstracted unified data model, avoiding calls to the legacy system.- Both MessageHub and DeviceCache were designed including concepts of heavy decoupling, events, fault tolerance, maintainability and extensibility, all to run in a microservices/kubernetes environment.- DeviceCache is today the official higher level interface for all device data displayed on HP’s software products, handling data for millions devices, and processing nearly half billion events/day.
