The Forrestfield-Airport Link (FAL) project will deliver an 8.5 km extension of the existing PTA urban rail network in Perth, Western Australia connecting the Midland Line, just past Bayswater Station, to Forrestfield, running underground in twin bored tunnels underneath the Swan River, Tonkin Highway and Perth Airport. The project will include three new stations, being: Belmont Station (located underground in Belmont), Airport Central Station (located underground at Perth Airport to service both domestic and international terminals) and Forrestfield Station.

System Integration Test&Commissioning Expert for Shah-Habshan-Ruwais Railway (UAE). The project consists in to realize a 290km freight railway between the two new Gas facilities in Shah and Habshan, to the port facility at Ruwais.System integration scope of work in this project is to take care of all the system aspects related with :• System Verification & Validation• System Assurance• Interface resolution • Test & Commissioning

System Engineering Manager for Incheon LRT line2 (South Korea). The project consists in to realize a 27km driverless subway and the disciplines and technologies involved in the project are: track, power supply (ESS, 3rd rail), rolling stock, signalling, and communication.

The consortium provides technologic plants for the Italian High Speed Railway Lines. My activities are:- System engineering for the radio-signalling of ‘High Speed/High Capacity’ lines: - Systems GSM-R, RBC, EVC and UNISIG protocol - Working group for the definition of the system requirement specifications - Handling and traceability of system requirements - ‘Pre-esercizio’ and activation of the AV/AC Torino-Novara line: - Plant Monitoring during test train runs - Co-ordinament, system management and support about faulty events.

System Engineer in Ericsson Lab Italy S.p.A.- Integration and verification for the GSM on the Net project (IP Telephony). Taking care the following activities:- Prestudy activity for Video Communication application over Engine MultiMedia platform (Video Telephony and Conference based on H.323 and SIP protocols).- Feasibility (as Technical Coordinator) for multimedia services on IP network (architecture of core and service network).- Integration and Verification (Team Leader) of applications over Cello-MediaGW for the 3G (UMTS) split architecture.- Maintenance test coordinator for the Lawful Interception products. The system controls and processes all the interception data on the Ericsson network nodes.

Particular reference at EM compatibility and electrical safety problems. - Within the ATC project (Automatic Train Control), I was involved in SW specification development (object oriented) and SW testing activities (functional tests, requirements, verification, robustness tests, etc.)- testing responsible (HW, SW, firmware) for the SCMT project (a data transmission system regarding the railway signalling)
